Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a member of Core Generation 24 Aristoc Road Glen Waverley, 3150, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out below.

The member agrees:
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Core Generation. Your access to the Services is permitted by Core Generations on the basis that you have accepted these terms and that each time you enter the facilities or utilise the Services, you affirm that you agree to the terms herein.

If registering, gaining access to, or obtaining the Services on behalf of a minor, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority within the jurisdiction you reside) and that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian.

Our Intro Pass of 5 classes (valid for 14 days) is only available to new clients. You can only purchase the Intro Pass once. The Intro Pass is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking. Clients found to be buying the Intro Pass more than once will be suspended and charge any additional class costs they may have incurred.

In order to make a booking for a class, a membership or a package must be purchased before making a booking for a class.

a. All membership operate on either a 14 day autopay schedule from the credit card or bank account detail stored in PTminder (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
b. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopay unless Core Generation in notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

a. The ongoing membership fees have been calculated over a 12 month period and debits will occur on an ongoing basis irrespective of holidays.

Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.

Current members or PT clients can purchase other membership or package with a 15% discount applied. The discount will be applied for those who hold dual memberships.

a. Failed membership payments will incur a $7 fee for every day the payment fails to process.
b. On the third day of a Membership failing to process, all booked classes will be cancelled and the membership will be placed on hold or cancelled.

a. At least 1 week written notice is required for memberships suspensions. This ensured that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.
b. Minimum suspension period is 2 weeks to maximum 3 months. Please email requests to info@coregeneration.com.au
c. In the case of short/long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership suspension will be permitted. Suspension will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.

a. Core Generation requires at least 2 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email request to info@coregeneration.com.au.
b. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
c. Core Generation may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

c. You can resume with the remaining sessions left once you return.

Passes that are pre-paid cannot be cancelled and refunds for non-use of membership purchased are not available unless you suffer a permanent sickness or permanent physical incapacity and you provide Core Generation with a medical certificate evidencing such permanent sickness or physical incapacity. You may transfer your membership to another person provided Core Generation agree to accept that assignee as a member expressly in writing. Please email request to info@coregeneration.com.au.
d. Core Generation may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

For the Weight Loss Challenge package, suspension is not recommended. Core Generation need clients' commitment for the best result out of the package unless you suffer a permanent sickness or permanent physical incapacity and you provide Core Generation with a medical certificate evidencing such permanent sickness or physical incapacity.

d. Core Generation may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

Cancellations made under 4 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session. No-shows and absences will forfeit that sessions. UNLIMITED & 2-SESSION PER WEEK MEMBERS will incur a $10 No Show fee for all classes they're marked absent for and a $5 Late Cancellation fee for all classes cancelled within 4 hours of class. A Late Cancellation 30 minutes before class is considered a No Show. SESSIONS BASED MEMBERS will incur a $5 fee for all Late Cancellations and No Shows. All Members will receive 1 fee waiver per calendar month.

Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients, please don't be late. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or stand-by client and you may not be able to attend.

Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked in to the class arrived to use the sessions, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Core Generation or any party designated/engaged by Core Generation may photograph or film me while I participate in sessions, and use any and all such photos, video footage and/or video streaming for promotion, sales, publicity and advertising purposes for all media, including, but not limited to, the internet.

If there will be a class cancelled or rescheduled, members will be notified 2 weeks prior with the specific date and detail for make-up class.

No Representation or Warranty
Core Generation makes no guarantees that an specific or beneficial result from the use of the services will occur.
Medical Advice Obtained
You warrant that you have received independent advice from a health care professional on whether the services are suitable for your persona condition and personal health and well-being at the time of agreeing to the terms.
Testimonials
Any testimonials displayed or published by Core Generation about the services may not reflect the results that you may achieve. Results may vary and your experience and may not be similar to the experience of the user testimonials.
Acceptance of Risk
You understand that prior to commencing a health of fitness program or by accepting and utilising the services, that you are responsible to make you own inquiries and seek independent advice from suitable health care professionals. You agree and acknowledge that:
a. You engage in our services voluntarily;
b. There are risks to your health and physical well-being for receiving, accepting and engaging in the services;
c. There are risks to your health and physical well-being that may be caused by your acts, omission, acts of other members, information or actions provided or performed by other members of the services;
d. You will not use the services or rely on any of the services without the consultation and approval of your own independent health care professional as to the suitability of the services to your personal health and well-being circumstances;
e. You will promptly contact your independent health care professional if you have, develop or suspect you have or are developing a medical problem or physical or mental injury or experience symptoms of detriment upon accessing the services;
f. You will not delay, cease to, or avoid contacting your independent personal health care professional due to information you have received as part of the services;
g. You will frequently assess yourself to gauge your adaptation and maintain good health and physical fitness at all times while using the services and every time you use the services you warrant that you are in fit and suitable physical health and condition to accept and participate in the services;
h. If you notice any adverse, detrimental, negative, or concerning changes to your physical, mental or emotional health or well-being upon accessing the services, you will seek the attention of your independent health care professional immediately; and
i. That this is a risk warning pursuant to the Australian consumer law.

You warrant that you have received independent advice from a health care professional on whether the services are suitable for your persona condition and personal health and well-being at the time of agreeing to the terms.

Video and Audio Surveillance
For security purposes, Core Generation video and audio surveillance equipment to monitor its facilities and by accepting this Agreement you will be subject to video and audio surveillance and recording for the floor areas only and not the bathrooms or change rooms.
Liability for Property
I agree that:
a. Core Generation is not liable to you for any personal property that is damaged, lost, mor stolen while on or a the Core Generation facilities including, but not limited to, a vehicle or its contents or any property left in the facilities, bathrooms, change rooms, floor areas.
b. If I cause damage to the Core Generation facilities or any equipment you are liable to Core Generation for its cost of repair or replacement.
Amendments to Terms
Core Generation reserves its unfettered right to amend the terms of his Agreement and its policies whenever Core Generation considers it necessary or appropriate to do so. If you wish to modify these terms, you must obtain Core Generation's express written agreement prior.
Incorporation of Policies & Rules
In accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with all of Core Generation's policies and rules concerning the products and services that are made available for Members from time to time and that a breach of these policies or rules, by you constitutes a breach of these Terms.
